Why is my first invoice more expensive

Your first invoice will be sent out shortly after installation. The payment amount on this invoice is likely to be larger than normal due to any installation charges, activation fees or extras you have purchased. The first month's subscription will be calculated on a pro-rata basis over the month and shown on this invoice.
