What do the lights mean on my Wessex Telephone Box

An analogue telephone adapter (ATA) is a device for connecting your existing landline handset to our VoIP (Voice over Internet protocol) phone service.

ATA

Flashing phone light – you have received a voicemail message, or you are making a call.

No light on planet symbol – there isn’t an internet connection to the Grandstream ATA. Please check that the cable goes from the blue port (WAN) on the back of the ATA to a yellow port (LAN) on the back of your base hub.

No lights - Possible power fault, please check all power cables going to the ATA and refrain from using an extension lead where possible.
