How do I set up call waiting and call forwarding with Wessex Telephone

Call Waiting - To activate the call waiting feature, which plays a tone to your handset when another caller is ringing, dial *43 from your handset. To turn the feature off, please dial #43#

Call Forwarding* - If you wish to forward your calls from your Wessex Telephone service, there are several options available:

Call Forwarding Unconditional - This will forward ALL calls to another number, all the time the feature is switched on. Simply dial *21* followed by the number you wish to forward to. For example: *21*07700900000. To turn the feature off, dial #21#

Call Forwarding Not Available - This will forward calls to another number if you don’t answer within 15 seconds. Simply dial *61* followed by the number you wish to forward to. For example: *61*07700900000. To turn the feature off, dial #61#

Call Forwarding When Busy - This will forward calls to another number, when your Wessex Telephone is engaged. Simply dial *81* followed by the number you wish to forward to. For example: *81*07700900000. To turn the feature off, dial #81#

*If you enable call forwarding, you will be charged for all forwarded calls at your chosen call plan rate
