Can I keep my number
Yes! You can transfer any existing 01 or 02 number to your Wessex Telephone free of charge, this can be requested when you order. If you don’t use BT as your landline billing provider, as long as the underlying line is BT (which in rural Wessex is mostly the case), then you can transfer this.
Please note, it can take 7-10 working days to port your phone number. We recommend that you do not cancel with your existing provider until the number has been successfully ported to Wessex Internet.
